K & R 21, LLC is a newly formed, woman-owned and veteran-owned construction management and infrastructure solutions firm. We bring senior-level field leadership — construction supervision, infrastructure management, and workforce development — to public and private-sector projects across the region.
Rather than short-term fixes, our approach is built around lasting outcomes: workforce preparation, job placement support, and access to the wraparound services that help people and projects succeed long after the ribbon-cutting.
